Kingpin Industrial Park is in Corpus Christi located just off North Padre Island Drive (NPID) with easy access to Interstate 37 and Highway 44. Kingpin Drive has access to NPID and the recently reconstructed Flato Drive. The park is in a newly established industrial area with several recently constructed buildings.
